How to upgrade to Basic Simplicity 1.4.1

    This is an interesting video. I am used to putting my own photos in the header and have been spoiled by sadish bala and the ease of putting them up with a click or two. This is a little more difficult. Can I take a photo from Flickr and put it into the blog the same way u put this photo with the roof peak into it?
